About Us

Kayla’s Survivors was founded on the belief that where you come from should never define how far you can go. Born from one woman’s journey from surviving trauma to standing at the frontlines of justice, Kayla’s Survivors exists to empower those who’ve been silenced as a result of sexual abuse, institutional neglect, and systemic injustice.

Kayla’s Survivors is a survivor-led sexual abuse law firm founded by attorney Kayla Ferrel Onder, a nationally recognized advocate and former finalist on America’s Next Top Model, whose journey from survival to legal advocacy has inspired thousands. As a survivor herself, Kayla understands the deep emotional and legal challenges faced by those seeking justice. Through her work with OnderLaw, she has helped secure over $1 billion in settlements and verdicts for survivors across the country. Her efforts focus on holding both individual perpetrators and the institutions that enabled them accountable—whether in schools, churches, healthcare settings, or troubled teen programs.
