Michael Griffith is a seasoned sex abuse attorney at Kayla’s Survivors and OnderLaw, where he serves as a vital member of the firm’s Sexual Assault litigation team. His practice is focused exclusively on representing survivors of sexual violence—seeking justice, driving accountability, and challenging the institutions that failed to protect victims. Michael approaches each case with empathy, thorough investigation, and a strategic legal mindset, always placing the needs of his clients at the forefront.
With more than 20 years of courtroom experience, Michael has litigated a wide range of complex civil and criminal cases at both the state and federal level. He has led 49 jury trials as first chair and managed legal teams through high-stakes, high-profile cases. His reputation for detailed preparation and compelling courtroom advocacy reflects his commitment to securing powerful outcomes for those he represents.
Michael earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri School of Law after graduating magna cum laude with a degree in English Literature from Saint Louis University. He is licensed to practice law in Missouri and Illinois, and is admitted to the U.S. District Courts for both the Southern District of Illinois and the Eastern District of Missouri.
