According to the indictment, between 2019 and 2024, Kumar lured multiple women across state lines under the guise of medical care, only to subject them to invasive and inappropriate procedures without medical justification. Patients trusted him to provide care, but instead, they endured trauma, deception, and abuse disguised as treatment.

Beyond the physical and psychological harm inflicted on his victims, Kumar also engaged in medical fraud and dangerous malpractice.
